CUSTOMS DUTY
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred by purchasers based outside the United Kingdom which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS
If you want to return an item you must notify us in writing to [email protected] – quoting your original order number – within 28 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product.
Orders of skincare or supplements items will only be eligible for a refund if they are returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. Orders of devices will only be eligible for a refund if the item is returned new and unused, with all the original accessories, undamaged packaging and manufacturing seals intact.
Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred.
