This is an anti-spot gel, and a very good one too. It clears blocked pores, reduces inflammation and targets spots.
The key ingredient is a blend of alpha hydroxy acids – including mandelic acid which can dissolve its way into congested pores. There’s salicylic acid in here, too, which also gets right into the pores to clear them out, and takes down inflammation. So this will clear congestion on the surface, and also work its way into the spots themselves, to reduce inflammation and help heal them from within.

This is a spot gel, or rather an anti-spot gel, and a very good one too. It clears blocked pores, reduces inflammation and targets spots.
The key ingredient is a blend of alpha hydroxy acids – including mandelic acid which can dissolve its way into congested pores (yes, just like beta hydroxy acid does). Just for good measure, there’s salicylic acid in here, too, which also gets right into the pores to clear them out, and takes down inflammation. So this will clear congestion on the surface, and also work its way into the spots themselves, to reduce inflammation and help heal them from within.
All you need to do is apply it just onto the spots, on clean dry skin, tap it in, let it absorb and then leave it alone (no spot was ever improved by being prodded or picked at).
You will need sunscreen on top of it during the day, but generally, with spots, you want to apply a treatment, then leave them be while that treatment goes to work.
